Community Guidelines

My Poke Vault thrives because of the trust collectors place in each other. These guidelines exist to keep every trade, sale, and interaction fair, safe, and fun.

01

Be Honest

Accurately describe the condition and authenticity of every card you list. Misrepresentation — intentional or not — erodes trust for the entire community. When in doubt, photograph it and disclose it.

02

Communicate Promptly

Respond to offers, trade proposals, and buyer questions in a timely manner. If something comes up and you need more time, let the other person know.

03

Honor Your Commitments

If you accept an offer or agree to a trade, follow through. Repeatedly canceling accepted transactions may result in account restrictions.

04

Ship Safely

Use appropriate packaging — card sleeves, toploaders, and bubble mailers at minimum. Cards should arrive in the condition described. If you're unsure how to ship, check our Submission Guidelines.

05

No Fake or Altered Cards

Listing counterfeit, proxied, or improperly altered cards as authentic is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

06

Treat Everyone Respectfully

Harassment, hate speech, threats, and personal attacks have no place here. Healthy negotiation is fine; bad-faith lowballing or pressure tactics are not.

07

Protect Your Account

Never share login credentials. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

08

Report Problems

If you encounter a listing, user, or transaction that violates these guidelines, please report it. Your reports help keep the marketplace safe for everyone.

These guidelines may be updated from time to time. Continued use of My Poke Vault constitutes acceptance of the current version.
