Off-Platform Payment Requests
Some users have reported receiving messages asking to complete transactions via Venmo, PayPal Friends & Family, or other off-platform methods. These requests bypass buyer protection. Never complete a My Poke Vault transaction outside of our checkout system.
Condition Standards Update
We have clarified our card condition grading standards. Please review the updated definitions before listing new cards, especially for LP (Lightly Played) vs MP (Moderately Played). Listings that consistently misrepresent condition will be flagged.
Reporting Tools Improved
We've expanded the reporting system to include trade disputes and counterfeit card reports. If you receive a card that does not match its listing, use the Report button on your order or trade to begin a review.
